Faculty Training

A faculty training program was organized by Faculty of Management Studies, SKITM on 20.02.2023. Dr Uday Salunkhe, Group Director, Welingkar Institute of Management and Dr D Y Patil, Dean, Centre of Excellence for Research, Welingkar Institute of Management were present for the session.

During the session, Dr Salunkhe suggested to teach students with all outbound activities and experiential learning methods to make them more sincere and attentive in the classes. He further suggested to guide students for research activities and surveys.

Dr D Y Patil offers faculty members to visit their campus at Mumbai for interaction with their faculty members and to learn and study best practices adopted by their institute.

Faculty members shared views on different challenges faced by them and got the advices from the mentors.
