Movie Review of ‘Ghoomer’ – A sports drama movie

To cultivate new thoughts and motivate students, a movie show of ‘Ghoomer’ was organized for the students of FMS on 24 Nov’23.The purpose of this show was to review the movie from the management perspective of learning, how to cope up with difficult situations, enhancing leadership skills and to be sporty when the things go adverse. They also got inspired on how weaknesses can be converted into strengths, from the movie students realized that there’s no substitute for hard work.

A large no. of students and faculty members of FMS reviewed the movie and prepared presentations in the form of groups. It was an ice – breaking session for the students. They enjoyed it a lot.

This activity in future will help them in decision making, team work, flawless performance and task accomplishment that will be beneficial for them to fulfil their organizational roles.
